Our guests are our first priority and our goal is to deliver service beyond their expectations. We want to empower our guests with product knowledge to properly take care of their skin care needs. All employees are responsible to maintain the highest standards to ensure they meet Dolce Bella Spa quality requirements.

Appointments & Reservations

Although not mandatory and “walk-ins” are always welcome, reservations are strongly recommended. You can make an appointment for your services by calling us at 613.544.1166 or toll free from anywhere in the US or Canada at 1.877.424.4417. One of our guest managers will be happy to assist you.

Spa/Salon services with a value of $100 or more require either a Gift Certificate number or a valid credit card number at the time of booking. We understand that there may be occasion where you are not able to keep a scheduled appointment. All we ask is that you kindly contact our Guest Services staff to make alternate arrangements within the time frame requested below. Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our technicians and therapists with empty appointment times and we may have had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that appointment. Failure to show, or cancellation with less than 48 hours, will result in 50% of the service price plus applicable taxes being charged. We will be happy to reschedule your appointment for you.

Spa Etiquette

Upon Arrival

Please arrive 10-15 Minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. This will allow time for our therapists to prepare you for your treatment and for you to complete any necessary paperwork.

Dolce Bella Spa Client Medical History Form

If you are new to Dolce Bella Spa, you will be asked to fill out a confidential client medical history form. This form provides our therapists with the information needed to administer the treatments safely and without complication. Conditions such as pregnancy (or the possibility thereof), recent surgery or various other conditions can conflict with certain treatments and it is in your best interest to complete the necessary medical history form All information collected is strictly confidential and is only shared with the therapists who will be performing your treatment.

Our Staff

We cannot guarantee requests for individual therapists; however, we will make every attempt to honour your preferences.

Attire

We provide appropriate spa wear for your treatments or services, and locker rooms for both men and women. Our spa protocol requires full draping of guests during any body treatment or massage therapy.

Age Requirements

All clients must be at least 16 years of age to receive treatments unless accompanied by an adult.

Children

Dolce Bella Spa is a place for you to relax and enjoy personal care and attention. For the safety and enjoyment of our guests, we ask that you do not bring children into the spa area.

Gift Cards

At the Dolce Bella Spa, we always validate our gift cards for the original purchase price. You can purchase our gift cards online via our website or at the spa. Dolce Bella Spa gift cards are great ideas for any occasion. Our gift cards never expired, but prices and packages are subject to change. In the event of price change or change of packages available, the redemption of the gift card will be at the original purchase amount. Any increase will be due at the time of the gift card is redeemed. Gift cards are always accepted at face value. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. Gift cards may be used towards any treatment, service, gratuity or product at Dolce Bella Spa. If used for a Registered Massage (RMT), a medical receipt will not be issued. Lost, misplaced or stolen gift cards are not refundable or replaceable. Please note that Wayspa gift cards are not accepted at Dolce Bella Spa.

Cancelations

We understand that there may be occasion where you are not able to keep a scheduled appointment. All we ask is that you kindly contact our Guest Services staff to make alternate arrangements within the time frame requested below. Please keep in mind that “No-shows” or last minute cancellations leave our technicians and therapists with empty appointment times and we may have had to turn away other guests that could have enjoyed that appointment. We request the courtesy of 72 hours cancelation notice on all spa packages and group reservations and 24 hours notice on all spa/salon services. Failure to show, or cancellation with less than 24 hours, will result in 50% of the service price plus applicable taxes being charged. Refund Policy

All gift cards, gift certificates, products, service purchases, series and packages are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for spa services or packages; the sole remedy is providing a complimentary follow-up service. We allow a 7 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund, on all unopened products with the original receipt. However, during the COVID-19 Pandemic, we will not be accepting returns of any kind. We do not allow the third party sale of our gift cards. All funds are in Canadian dollars.

Arriving Late

Late arrivals may require us to cancel or reduce the length of treatment with full charges applied. This policy has been established to ensure that subsequent treatment times are not affected by a previous late arrival. We appreciate your co-operation and understanding in regards to this policy. No Shows

All Prices are subject to change without notification. HST and gratuity for services are not included in spa prices.
